Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds
We are proud of our exclusive designs and premium quality production, offering you only the very best prints and framed artworks. We are committed to our loyal customers all over the world and assure you of our best service at all times.
All our orders are custom-made, on-demand. When you order one of our art prints, framed art prints or canvases, we make it up with love and care, just for you. If for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or credit note. In line with legislation, personalised items are not entitled to a refund (unless faulty).
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to assist you.

Damages & Issues
We package all our prints and framed prints with great care. We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, however, occasionally things don’t arrive as they should. Please inspect your order delivery upon receipt and contact us immediately in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Our policy is to replace any item that has been damaged in transit, or if you receive a different item to what you ordered.
Please send photos of any damaged or incorrectly delivered item AND the packaging it arrived in so that we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible: hello@mapable.uk
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Deliveries
Any order unclaimed, returned to us ‘undeliverable’ or lost due to an incorrect address, or returned to us due to unpaid custom duties or taxes is not refundable for the reasons outlined above. Any additional shipping charges due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, unclaimed deliveries or returned to sender are additional and for the customer’s account. We will contact you if we receive any returned orders to arrange re-shipping.
Please note that we will only keep any returned items for up to 14 days after which they will be recycled.
