You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your message via the contact form. If you don’t receive this within 15 minutes, please check your junk/spam and if nothing has come through, please email hello@mapable.uk
We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna & Clearpay. Our website uses Level 1 PCI DSS compliance for a trustworthy and secure checkout process, making ordering your prints a simple, safe and seamless experience 24/7.
Our website is highly secure. Every single page on our site is encrypted, not just the checkout pages (if you look, every page starts with ‘https://’ not ‘http://’). In terms of payment security, our website is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant – the highest level of compliance so you can shop safely with us.
We’re open for ordering 24/7. Any orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will normally be processed and despatched that day. Orders received after 10am on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
We like to keep it simple, so on all UK orders, we offer FREE tracked delivery when you spend £50 and just £1.99 for all orders below this.
We offer worldwide postage and delivery costs will automatically be calculated at checkout, based on your order. If your country isn’t showing, please get in touch and we’ll add it straight away.
All products are printed to order to minimise waste and help preserve the environment.
Once shipped, the estimated timescales for delivery are detailed below.
All of our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, so will arrive with your usual postal delivery in 1-3 working days. All orders sent internationally are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard.
Royal Mail claim that 93% of UK post is estimated to arrive the following day, but unfortunately the other 7% can take up to 5 working days. Therefore we advise ordering early where possible as unfortunately we can’t guarantee your card will be delivered on the estimated date!
If your order has not arrived 10 working days after the dispatch date for UK orders, or 20 working days after the dispatch date for international orders.
In the event that your order has not been delivered within these delivery times, as a first step please check with your local Royal Mail distribution depot.
If it is still missing, please contact us at hello@mapable.uk for us to look into it. We’d rather send a replacement than have you unhappy!
You have 14 days to request to return a product. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, or if there has been a printing error, we will replace it with a new product of the same characteristics. We have the right to request photo evidence of damages or printing errors.
We are not responsible for customer errors when entering information during the purchase process, such as errors in the shipping address or changes to the configuration of custom maps.
If you notice one of these errors after paying for your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the relevant changes before your order is prepared and shipped.
We reserve the right to investigate requests for returns to ensure that these conditions are met.
Due to the customisation of products during the purchase process, no returns will be accepted for orders that do not meet the above conditions, such as a change of mind.
